My name is Lizzie Liang. I was born and brought up in China and now live in Canada for the past over 10 years. I consider myself a very lucky girl because I have the time and energy to do what I love to do.

I quit my job 5 years ago and became a full time entrepreneur. I import and design jewelry, and sell them online and through trade shows, I became an investor in the stock market and real estate market, and earned a good passive income through dividends and rental cash flow. My passive income supports me to try different ventures. Some were successful, and others failed. But I was always happy and optimistic, because I know if I believe in myself and work hard, nothing is unachievable.

Two years ago, I happened to encounter an article from the Internet about day trading. I was very interested and decided to dig the topic further. I searched on the net and found an interesting person called Harvey Walsh and his website http://daytradingfreedom.com. Harvey is a full time day trader and part time trading tutor as he claimed. He posted his live trading sessions on Youtube and wrote articles about day trading on ezines and his own website. I was amazed by how much money he earned by day trading and how clear and simple he explained his trading strategy. I immediately purchased his course and started to follow his training rules.

However, the road to day trading was not smooth. I have encountered big road blocks from time to time. The biggest one is my emotions. No matter how hard I tried, I don’t seem to be able to control them when trading. I could win nice profit for several days, but then all profits could be wiped out by one big losing day. I even decided to quit day trading and talked into myself that day-trading was simply not my type.

I believe I have made two invaluable investment in my life. One is Robert Allen’s real estate course and my lifetime enrollment to his Enlightened Wealth Institute (EWI), the other is Harvey Walsh’s day-trading course. These two investment have totally changed my life.

Through the enrollment of EWI’s Internet Marketing e-course, I learned how to use wordpresss platform to write blogs. I thought that writing blogs is a good way to document my daily trading activities. Not only can writing blogs keep my emotions in check, but also can it benefit my fellow readers.  Moreover, writing blogs online can give me great motivation to stay detached from my emotions as I am now watched by the whole world!

Thus, I started writing this blog in late October 2010. I will report my daily trading activities here in both Weekly and Monthly Reports. Moreover, you will see how I trade each day by browsing my trading journals. You will see my analysis on patterns, timing, position sizing, momentum, money management and much more. And more importantly, see my success and failure in each trade. I want to keep things honest with you so that you can learn from my mistakes and we can all learn what works and what doesn’t together.

I am not making huge money doing day-trader at this moment. I am still learning as you are. But by dedication and hard working, I am confident that I am a successful trader in the making.
